Triple Berry Banana Skinny Smoothie
Start your day off with the delicious smoothie that will give you a burst of energy! This is my power smoothie with goodness of berries and sweetness of banana & protein powder.It’s a great way to start out your day as it is packed with nutrients, it will keep you energized and satisfied for 2-3 hours.
It is quick & so easy to make. Lets get started :
Throw in 1 cup frozen mix berries (of your choice) in to the powerful blender: Raspberry, Blueberries and Blackberries (You can even use fresh berries with ice ) Add 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup protein powder. Blend everything well on high for 2 mins or until smooth. Your delicious, nutrient pack smoothie is all ready to serve.
Pour into the glass and Enjoy!
Tip: If you prefer, you can add chopped walnuts, almonds or any other dry fruits of your choice to make it more filling. Sometimes I add 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds for extra nutritional punch & filling effect!
