What could be quicker than Frozen Banana Smoothie 🍌🍨💖


While I watch these glossy red 🔴 raspberries 🏝sinking into this creamy Banana Smoothie !!

I do it on those days (mostly weekends…or I’m home) when I’m too lazy to start my day. The day starts like… you wake up, and just the thought of making breakfast irks you but you need to feed that noisy belly 😁 what can you quickly do to calm down that morning belly? That’s where this power smoothie comes handy !! Here is a simple quick way to curb those noises. It’s just done even before it starts.

All you need are these 3 ingredients:

  • 2 Frozen Bananas ( Yes! This is something you need to do in advance)  just cut the bananas into halves and  throw them in a zipper bag in a refrigerator. This will not only give a creamy  sweet flavor to your smoothies but will save your bananas from getting bad.
  • I cup Almond Milk (any nondairy milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Off course you need : Ninja Blender/ Vitamix/ Smoothie maker to crush those hard bananas (whatever you have on hand )
  • Run your blender on high !! Top it off with fresh raspberries( or any fruit you prefer)

And Breakast is served!! 😋

I just bury myself into my couch. Enjoy two things simultaneously ; Watch these sinking raspberries and  off course TV.
