Guacamole smothered Rice cakes
Yes! I’m referring to those white puffed light rice cakes. In my opinion, it’s absolutely a better & healthy alternative for daily bread consumers plus it does helps in maintaining weight even if you consume 2-3 every single day as a snack. More importantly who wouldn’t want a Gluten- Free option when it can tastes so much better.

- 2 Avocados
- 1 large Tomato
- 1/2 Onion
- Green Chillies (If your prefer)
- Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Gluten free rice cakes
You can get them at any grocery store in the US. They are sold almost everywhere in as same aisle as bread or you can order them online on amazon.
I’m sure you all know, how to twist avocado and separate the seed. Scoop the meat from the skin with a tablespoon and place in a bowl. Add lemon or lime juice; Mash with a fork, leaving the mixture chunky and add chopped tomatoes, onions, chopped green chillies,salt and cilantro. Mix until turns into creamy paste.
Spread the mixture on top of rice cakes and sprinkle dash of fresh ground black pepper for that creamy peppery texture.
